All Taxes due to Government on the property must have been paid fully as on date. Documents to be uploaded online 1.Aadhar identity card 2.Family Card 3.Passport size Photo 4.Original Sale document ( Original document in respect of the property) 5.Chitta (or) Patta 6.Encumbrance Certificate for the past13 years 7.Value as per the Guide Line Value 8.Budget statement 9.Property Tax ( Receipt for remittance of Building / Land Tax as on date)
