3. | Can this certificate be issued when a family member completes Bachelor's degree in one Major without obtaining first graduate certificate and then pursues another Bachelor's degree in another Major? | There is no way to issue this certificate if a family member has completed graduation. However, this certificate will be issued to the students who have completed their diploma course and are admitted to direct second year professional education as per the G.O. No.142 Higher Education (J2) Department, dated 09.06.2010. |
4. | If the applicants are twins, can both be certified? | According to Government Letter No. 315, dated 13.11.2017, the first twins of a family requesting this certificate will be given this certificate on merit. |
