<aside> 📌 This certificate is issued to those who have migrated from one district to another district within Tamil Nadu due to employment or change of employment registration of wife who has moved to her husband's residence in a different district after getting married.

Eligibility:

Those who get married and move to their husband's residence should be included in the husband's smart card. Aadhaar and Voter ID card should be changed for the new address. Migrants due to work should submit supporting documents for new residence. Documents to be Uploaded:

1. Proof of new residential address
2. Employment Office Registration Card
3. Proof of employer in case of occupational migrant
4. Aadhaar
5. Family photo
