The land demand for the current fasali should be collected and completed by the month of April. Each and every pattadar should pay the land revenue without exemption.
A pattadar’s excess collection should be utilised against the dues of the same person. Apart from this, no compensation shall be made for the arrears of the other party for any reason whatsoever. The Jamabandhi officers are requested to monitor and audit these accounts during Jamabandhi
As per Go.Ms.No.544 of the Revenue Department dated 20.10.2010, Rs.5/- per hectare will be charged for dry land and Rs.12/- per hectare for wetland. The rate includes the water levy and penalty levied on a standard rate basis.
The Village Administrative Officer should prepare a Provisional Demand in December for each fasali and after obtaining the approval of the local authority,to collect the money in four instalments from January. Along with this amount, the Village Administrative Officer shall collect interest on the outstanding balance - the amount of penalty imposed.
An interest account is written on the outstanding balance to be collected from the pattadar. This land arrears (2 years) should be written and collected at the rate of 5%. This should be written in Jamabandhi.

(2) Urban land Tax
(3) Land lease
(4) Tenancy and Land Value under the Land Reforms Act
(5) Amount levied under the Land Reforms Act
(6) pauper suit Arrear
(7) Survey CSM (A) and CSM (B)
(8) Agricultural Income Tax
(9) Development tax and
(10) Several types of revenue arrears
