Eligibility:

1. Marriage between a person belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe and a person belonging to any other Community.
2. Marriage between a person belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe and a person belonging to a Backward Class.
3. Marriage between a person belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe and a person belonging to a Most Backward Class.
4. Marriages between a person belonging to a Backward or Most Backward class and a person belonging to other classes.

3. Photo of husband and wife together
4. Permanent Community Certificate (Both)
