Documents required to be uploaded while applying online

1. Photo
2. Aadhaar (Aadhaar Card / Smart Card) for Address
3. Self-Declaration Form
4. Copy of damaged evidence
5. First Information Statement (if filed)

The above certificate is issued by the Tahsildar within 15 days of application.
